How to Brew Oolong Orange Blossom

• Tea: 2.5g per 200ml of water
• Water temperature: 75–85°C*
• Brewing time: 3–5 minutes

Steep for around 3 minutes if you prefer a lighter infusion with more pronounced floral notes. Leave it for up to 5 minutes for a fuller flavour and a more noticeable toasted oolong character.

*Avoid using boiling water. A lower brewing temperature helps preserve the balance between the delicate floral aromas and the deeper flavours of oolong.
