Suki Tea White Tea Elderflower is a loose-leaf white tea blend that brings together the delicate character of White Peony tea, the floral aroma of elderflower and marigold petals. The result is a light, aromatic tea with gentle fruity sweetness and a pleasantly fresh finish.

In the cup, you'll find notes of peach and apricot alongside the distinctive floral aroma of elderflower. The infusion is gentle, slightly silky and well-balanced. It's lovely served hot, but works just as well as a refreshing iced tea.

What Does White Tea Elderflower Taste Like?

Floral elderflower notes come through first, giving the tea its fresh, aromatic character. These are followed by delicate fruity notes reminiscent of ripe peach and apricot, rounded out by subtle sweetness and the smooth, silky texture of white tea.

How to Brew White Tea Elderflower

• Tea: 2.5g per 200ml of water
• Water temperature: 75–85°C*
• Brewing time: 3–6 minutes

Steep for around 3 minutes if you prefer a lighter, more delicate cup. Leave it for up to 6 minutes for a fuller flavour and a more pronounced floral aroma.

*Avoid using boiling water – a lower temperature helps preserve the delicate character of white tea.

Enjoy White Tea Elderflower Cold

This blend also makes a lovely iced tea or cold brew. Brew the tea as usual, allow it to cool, then serve over ice with a slice of lemon. Alternatively, prepare a cold brew by adding the tea leaves to cold water and leaving them in the fridge for several hours.

Served cold, the elderflower and peach notes become particularly refreshing, complemented by the delicate freshness of white tea.
