How to Brew Organic Mao Feng

• Tea: 2.5g per 200ml of water
• Water temperature: 75–85°C*
• Brewing time: 3–5 minutes

Steep for around 3 minutes if you prefer a lighter cup with delicate floral notes. Leave it for up to 5 minutes for a fuller flavour.

*Avoid using boiling water – a lower temperature helps bring out the subtle character of this white tea.
